Don’t Recommend Machine Washing
PaPaMat play mats are designed with a supportive memory foam interior for a soft and comfortable play surface. Because of this construction, we do not recommend machine washing, soaking, or fully submerging the mat in water.
Machine washing can put unnecessary stress on the mat’s memory foam and fabric layers. Excess moisture can also make the mat difficult to dry completely, which may affect its feel and overall condition over time.
Instead, we recommend spot cleaning for everyday spills and messes. It’s a simple way to care for your mat while helping maintain its softness and supportive structure.
So How to Clean Mat
• Blot the spill as soon as possible.
• Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
• For sticky spots, use a mild soap-and-water solution.
• For everyday cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust, crumbs, and loose debris from the surface.
• For larger areas or deeper stains, you can use a Green Machine or similar carpet-cleaning machine to clean the mat. Use a gentle setting and avoid over-wetting the mat.
