Shipping Policy

At PaPaMat, we know you're excited to receive your order. That's why we work hard to process and ship every package as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available; however, additional shipping charges may apply. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, weekends, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@papamat.com.

We can only make changes or cancellations before the order has been shipped. If the order has already shipped, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our team for assistance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@papamat.com and we'll work with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
