Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the packaging seal is broken, the item is considered used and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. You’ll also need to provide the order number or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and the nearest return address. Please contact our customer service before sending any items back — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@papamat.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos if the product has any issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

For quality-related exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost. For non-quality related exchanges (e.g., size or preference), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact your bank or reach out to us at hello@papamat.com.
