Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping for most U.S. orders. For certain remote regions — like Hawaii — a small portion of the shipping cost may apply.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for unused products in original packaging. Due to the large size of our mats, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my play mat arrives damaged or defective?
We will replace any defective or damaged items at no cost. Please email us with photos within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped. Please reach out immediately if you made a mistake.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email automatically. If you didn’t receive one, check your spam folder or contact us.
My tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.
This can happen due to carrier scanning delays or misplacement. Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist further.

What are your different play mat series?
We currently offer three memory foam series, all designed for safety, comfort, and aesthetic home living:
1. Coral Velvet Series – 1.3” / 25D density
• Soft touch, breathable finish
• Lightweight yet cushioned
• Perfect for everyday play and tummy-time
2. Flannel Series – 1.5” / 35D density
• Upgraded thickness and support
• Plush, warm, and premium to the touch
• Ideal for families seeking extra bounce and softness
3. Crystal Velvet Series – 1.5” / 35D density
• Smooth, skin-friendly surface
• High-density foam for deeper cushioning
• Great for hardwood floors or long daily use
More velvet textures are coming soon.
Our team is developing additional upgraded fabric textures with improved softness, durability, and home décor appeal.
Are Papamat play mats safe for babies?
Absolutely. All mats are made from non-toxic, BPA-free, odorless materials and meet international baby safety standards (including OEKO-TEX-certified fabrics).
Do the mats have a smell?
Our mats are odorless. Any slight scent upon opening is normal for new foam products and will dissipate within 24 hours.
Can pets use the mat?
Yes — our mats are pet-friendly and designed to resist daily wear. However, sharp claws may still cause damage if pets scratch aggressively.
Will the mat slide on hard floors?
Our mats include an anti-slip base designed for tiles, wood, and laminate flooring.
